Systems Thinkers Can Avoid Common Errors
This article discusses how systemic thinking provides advantages in two fundamental areas: 1) In avoiding underestimation or misattribution of relationships when constructing an understanding of a situation 2) In producing better action based on that understanding: "A truly great intellect is one which takes a connected view of old and new, past and present, far and near, and which has an insight into the influence of all these, one on another... It possesses the knowledge, not only of things, but also of their mutual and true relations"
